Whether you are just embarking on your fitness journey or need a plateaus buster from your current regime, our Fitness BootCamps are for you!

We use hand weights and our body weight to achieve optimal results in as little as twice a week for 4 weeks. All our Boot
Camps run year round. April-October is Outdoors and November-March is indoors.
You have the benefit of a Personal Trainer to ensure you are performing the exercises properly, and you will work to push your current fitness level no matter what level you are at. We give you a body Assessment and Measure you at the beginning and end of each 4 week session.
No Class scheduled in your area but you have a group of at least 4? Contact us today and we will arrange a class for you!
