I am a busy mom of 3 with a passion for fitness that goes back as far as I can remember.  When my 3rd child was born in 2004 I realized how easy it is to get caught up and drop fitness out of one's life.  Once I got back into it I also realized how important it is to keep it IN! At that point I got Certified and decided to dedicate my life and passion to helping busy people keep fit! I have taught for other bootcamps before but decided to follow my passion with a Bootcamp that offers the personal touch. Motivation Fitness offers small classes to ensure YOU meet YOUR goals!

You get a small group workout on Thursdays evenings and a 45 minute Personal Training Session in your home each week for 4 weeks!!   Includes measurements and a personally tailored program. Value $315 for $129
